About the Role We are actively hiring an experienced
Director of Finance
to lead financial operations for a mission-driven organization in Dallas, TX. This is a permanent leadership opportunity ideal for professionals with strong

What You’ll Do Provide strategic financial leadership and oversight Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards Partner with executive leadership to support organizational goals Oversee financial controls, audits, and risk management Lead and mentor finance and accounting teams
✅ Requirements
(Mandatory) Bachelor’s degree
in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field 7+ years
of experience in a
financial leadership role ❤️
4+ years
of experience in the
non-profit sector
