Earth Development is the leader in Commercial Snow & Ice Management and Commercial Landscape Maintenance across Wisconsin and the Midwest. We partner with small to mid-sized businesses to protect their properties, operations, and people year-round.
We’re expanding into Minnesota , with a primary focus on the Minneapolis–St. Paul metro , and are looking for a top-tier sales producer who knows how to hunt, close, and win in competitive markets.
Industry experience is NOT required.

What You’ll Do
Own and grow the Twin Cities commercial territory
Prospect, identify, and close new B2B opportunities with small to mid-sized business owners and facility managers
Run a full sales cycle from outreach to close
Build trust quickly and sell value in a market where many prospects are complacent
Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and forecasting in CRM
Collaborate with leadership while operating independently day-to-day
Travel up to 20% within your territory as needed
What We’re Looking For
Proven success selling B2B services (facilities, trades, or commercial services experience is a plus, not required)
Demonstrated ability to find and close opportunities in short sales cycles
Self-starter mentality with strong time management and discipline
Coachable mindset — you accept feedback and are accountable to goals
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Strong CRM habits — pipeline visibility and follow-through matter here
Track record of earning $100,000+ and hunger to exceed it
