We’re hiring a full-time Sales Consultant who thrives in a consultative, full-cycle selling environment and wants the opportunity to build and grow a repeat book of business . This is a high-impact role where you’ll guide clients from discovery through strategy, implementation, and long-term expansion.


What You’ll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle : prospecting → discovery → demo → proposal → close
  • Convert inbound leads and turn them into long-term, recurring customers
  • Build and manage your own outbound pipeline targeting agencies, CRMs, real estate, financial services, e-commerce brands, SaaS companies, and more
  • Conduct deep discovery to understand client goals, customer journeys, and lifecycle gaps
  • Create and recommend handwritten campaign strategies that drive measurable results
  • Advise clients on segmentation, triggers, workflows, and best practices
  • Grow your book of business through repeat volume and increased engagement
  • Serve as the trusted expert who helps clients execute high-impact handwritten programs

What You Bring

  • 2–5+ years of full-cycle sales experience (SaaS, marketing services, agency, CRM/automation, or direct response preferred)
  • Strong consultative selling skills — you know how to diagnose and solve, not just pitch
    Comfort designing solutions, not just selling features
  • Experience managing a pipeline, forecasting, and closing small to mid-market deals
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills (written and verbal)
  • Curiosity about marketing automation, CRMs, workflows, and customer lifecycle strategy
  • A builder’s mindset — you like improving processes, creating new ideas, and helping shape direction
  • High level of ownership and follow-through
  • A desire to build long-term client relationships and expand accounts over time

Compensation

  • Competitive base salary + commission with strong upside tied to recurring monthly volume
