Position Overview
We are hiring an Onsite Estimator / Sales & Glass Installer who can both evaluate job sites accurately and perform professional glass installation work. This role requires hands-on experience, attention to detail, and strong customer-facing skills.
Responsibilities
- Perform onsite measurements and job assessments for glass, window, and door projects
- Prepare accurate estimates based on site conditions and project scope
- Install glass, windows, shower doors, and related products
- Ensure installations meet safety, quality, and company standards
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding scope, timing, and expectations
- Maintain tools, materials, and job site cleanliness
- Coordinate with office staff and project scheduling as needed
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in glass installation and/or onsite estimating
- Strong knowledge of glass products, measurements, and installation techniques
- Ability to read and interpret job specifications and measurements accurately
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Professional demeanor when interacting with customers
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift and handle glass materials safely
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting hourly rate: $20+ , based on experience and skill level
