As our business continues to expand, we are looking to add a skilled and dependable team member.Position OverviewWe are hiring an Onsite Estimator / Sales & Glass Installer who can both evaluate job sites accurately and perform professional glass installation work. This role requires hands-on experience, attention to detail, and strong customer-facing skills.ResponsibilitiesPerform onsite measurements and job assessments for glass, window, and door projectsPrepare accurate estimates based on site conditions and project scopeInstall glass, windows, shower doors, and related productsEnsure installations meet safety, quality, and company standardsCommunicate clearly with customers regarding scope, timing, and expectationsMaintain tools, materials, and job site cleanlinessCoordinate with office staff and project scheduling as neededRequirementsMinimum 2+ years of experience in glass installation and/or onsite estimatingStrong knowledge of glass products, measurements, and installation techniquesAbility to read and interpret job specifications and measurements accuratelyReliable, punctual, and detail-orientedProfessional demeanor when interacting with customersValid driver’s license and reliable transportationAbility to lift and handle glass materials safelyCompensation & BenefitsStarting hourly rate: $20+, based on experience and skill levelOpportunities for growth as the company expandsSteady workload with a growing project pipelineCompany DescriptionElite Glass and Windows is a Redmond-based glass, window, and door company serving residential and light commercial clients across the Greater Seattle area.
