The building is home to a variety of amenities, including restaurants, a fitness center, and collaborative workspaces, creating a vibrant and dynamic work environment in one of Chicago's most iconic areas.**Role Overview** * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Data Analytics or Data Science, Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline in a quantitative field* 5-7 years of experience in a field requiring strong analytical, quantitative and research skills, e.g., data analytics or data science, or consulting role ideally within financial services industry* Proficiency in SQL, Python or other programming languages, with experience in data visualization and analysis (e.g. Sigma, Tableau)* Ability to translate complex data sets into business insights to create a consensus for decision making; experience combining quantitative analysis with business impact* Quick learner and self-starter with the ability to multi-task effectively and independently within a fast-paced environment.
