The building is home to a variety of amenities, including restaurants, a fitness center, and collaborative workspaces, creating a vibrant and dynamic work environment in one of Chicago's most iconic areas.* Translate complex business and regulatory requirements into actionable deliverables for Engineering, Infrastructure, Risk, and Operations teams* Assist engineering and QA teams to manage priorities and plan release content, ensuring clarity of requirements and timely, high-quality delivery* Monitor release testing and operational performance, resolving issues that impact product delivery* Participate in manual QA processes across all releases, ensuring thorough testing prior to production deployment* Engage with clearing members and end-users to ensure cohesive product delivery and stakeholder alignment* Facilitate onboarding and education for new products and services* Provide comprehensive support to internal teams including clearing operations, infrastructure, and client services* 2+ years' experience in business analysis or product management role, preferably at a Futures Commission Merchant (FCM), Broker-Dealer, Bank, Exchange (DCM), or Derivatives Clearing Organization (DCO)* Ability to work autonomously, owning projects from conception to completion* Strong analytical skills, release planning and prioritizing with a can-do attitude* Proven experience in the product management landscape and the ability to translate business strategy initiatives into written product requirements and acceptance criteria* Strong team player who works well with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment* Minimum education requirement: Bachelor's degree* Experience in Agile and software development* Extensive knowledge of clearing/middle office platforms: FIS, ION, and ATEO**Benefits and Perks of working for Cboe Global Markets**We value the total wellbeing of our people – including health, financial, personala given at any organization.
