As we continue to grow, we are seeking a seasoned and proactive Director of Case Management to lead our Case Manager team and drive excellence across our pre‑litigation operations.Position OverviewThe Director of Case Management will oversee the firm’s Case Manager team, ensure high-quality handling of all pre‑litigation files, and support the efficient progression of cases toward settlement. This leadership role requires strong people management skills, personal injury expertise, and the ability to troubleshoot complex or stalled cases.
