Seeking a
Personal Injury Paralegal/Case Manager
experienced in auto-injury cases. In this role, the Personal Injury Paralegal/Case Manager will be responsible for managing a docket of personal injury files. They will be open to and make process improvement suggestions and work on a high volume of pre‑litigation cases from end‑to‑end post‑intake including extensive plaintiff contact, investigations and settlement negotiations.
Specific Responsibilities Include:
Proactively own and manage robust caseload effectively.
Managing claimant relationship as the primary point of contact.
Being open to, providing feedback on and making suggestions for process improvements.
Obtaining information & documentation necessary to evaluate bodily injury claims.
Creating and maintaining an internal database.
Requesting medical and billing records.
Preparing settlement demand packages.
Reviewing files with supervising manager and attorneys.
Experience:
At least 2 years of personal injury case management or paralegal experience.
Experience handling pre‑litigation and litigation cases from inception post‑intake through settlement.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Demonstrates a high level of professionalism with confidential and sensitive information.
Preferred Qualifications:
3-6 years experience as a legal assistant/paralegal.
Experience using a case management system, preferably FileVine.
Knowledge of the Spanish language is a plus.
