Responsibilities:
- Inspire, manage and coordinate the UX team
- Be responsible for defining, communicating and executing the UX strategy and direction
- Provide visual creative direction for digital products, our website, mobile application and print supports with a focus on user experience, brand communication, interaction, user interface designs and navigation concepts
- Design, propose and implement new guidelines and procedures within broad principles and the vision set by the organisation
- Drive a consistent and seamless experience across all channels
Profile:
- 5+ years of experience as a key member of a digital design team participating in the complete life-cycle of successfully launched websites and mobile applications
- Experience working in fashion, e-commerce or a digital creative agency
- Experience with responsive web design and app design for mobile and tablet
- Solid UX foundations in research, testing, prototyping, information architecture and interaction design
- Degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media Design or other visual arts is preferred
- Excellent written, presentation and visual communication skills
