Global In-House Counsel (Hybrid) - Cross-Border Contracts

A leading foodservice distributor is seeking an Assistant General Counsel to provide strategic legal support across the International Americas region. This role includes managing legal matters such as commercial contracts and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will hold a Juris Doctor, be bilingual in English and Spanish, and have 5–7 years of legal experience, preferably in international law. This hybrid role involves in-office work three days a week and remote work for two days.
