Essential Functions
Design and own the end-to-end recruiting system across the organization
Standardize role profiles, deal-breakers, interview scripts, and scorecards
Oversee full-cycle recruiting operations using UKG and other tools
Audit recruiter decisions and documentation for compliance
Enforce strict hiring standards with no exceptions
Track and analyze recruiting metrics including quality of hire and retention
Produce regular recruiting performance reports for leadership on monthly basis
Correct deviations through retraining or escalation
Create and supervise training program for hiring managers
Qualifications
Enterprise or multi-site recruiting leadership experience
Strong systems and process design background
Experience managing recruiters or recruiting operations
Advanced ATS experience; UKG strongly preferred
Strong analytical and enforcement-oriented mindset
