Position Summary The Account Manager partners closely with customers to resolve process and production chemical treatment challenges. This role ensures customers receive the products, service, and technical support needed to operate safely, efficiently, and cost‑effectively. The position requires strong field presence, customer engagement, and coordination with internal operations.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Oversee day‑to‑day customer accounts to ensure chemical treatment of wells is executed according to established schedules and treatment plans
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing prompt, professional service and resolving issues in a timely manner
Apply knowledge of chemical products, applications, and oil & gas well equipment to support customer operations and treatment effectiveness
Partner with field personnel and operations teams to troubleshoot treatment challenges and optimize performance
Monitor chemical usage, manage inventory levels, and ensure accurate delivery and service records
Maintain strong working relationships with customers, yard personnel, and field staff

Required Skills, Education & Knowledge
Acceptable driving record for a minimum of 3 years
Working knowledge of chemical processes and utilization in yard and field operations
Strong customer service orientation
Technical aptitude with the ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve operational challenges
Ability to coordinate multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred Experience
Minimum of
2 years of experience
with oilfield chemical treatment
Minimum of
2 years of experience
in oil and gas operations
Experience working directly with production personnel and wellsite operations
Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team
Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
