DieselUSA Group, a Jasper Holdings company, is seeking a
District Sales Manager
to generate and identify new business opportunities in a Southeast sales district comprised of Tennessee, North and South Carolina, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, and Florida. The candidate must reside within the sales district and proximity to an airport for market travel purposes.
As a District Sales Manager, you will develop new accounts and expand sales at all levels of distribution. You will be responsible for managing your territory to achieve the maximum sales goals and maintain profitability. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing a sales plan that will provide incremental sales growth. You will collaborate with our internal team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Proven record of generating high-quality leads and consistently closing sales with strong conversion rates
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent B2B sales and account management experience
Five or more years of previous experience in the automotive or heavy-duty aftermarket
Experience in multi-state selling and territory management
Demonstrated ability to self-direct, set priorities effectively, and take initiative as an independent, self-starting professional
Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM proficiency
Willing/able to travel 60% - 70% of workweek with multiple overnights
Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with prospective and existing customers as well as our internal team
A basic level of mechanical aptitude to understand the operational nature of diesel engine components
