We’re looking for a driven New Car Sales Consultant to help customers find the Subaru that fits their lifestyle. You’ll guide customers through the sales process, deliver an exceptional experience, and play a key role in hitting monthly sales goals. Expected yearly salary is between $50,000 - $150,000

What You’ll Do
Engage with customers in the showroom, on the lot, and via phone/online leads
Conduct product presentations and test drives of Subaru models
Present pricing, lease options, warranties, and maintenance programs
Work closely with Finance & Insurance (F&I), Service, and Management teams
Maintain CRM notes, follow-ups, and prospect pipeline
Achieve monthly volume and customer satisfaction goals
Develop repeat and referral business
What You Bring
Prior automotive or retail sales experience preferred (new car sales a plus)
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to work evenings/weekends as needed
CRM and computer proficiency
Preferred Skills
Subaru brand familiarity
Automotive financing/leasing knowledge
Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
