This role is for
experienced commercial real estate paralegals
who have
personally drafted title and survey memoranda
for
equity-side transactions . This is
not
a residential real estate role. This is
not
lender-only or bank-side work. If your background does not include
hands-on title and survey analysis for acquisitions, dispositions, or development , this role will not be a fit. About the Role
You will support a sophisticated
commercial real estate equity practice
handling complex, high-value transactions. Paralegals in this group are expected to take a
substantive first pass
at diligence and deliver organized, attorney-ready work product. This is a role for professionals who already understand what equity-side commercial real estate work entails and are comfortable operating at that level. What You’ll Be Responsible For
Drafting
title and survey review memoranda
for commercial real estate equity transactions Reviewing and analyzing
title commitments, surveys, zoning reports, and related diligence Managing diligence materials and coordinating closing logistics Supporting
acquisitions, dispositions, borrower-side financings, and development matters Working across
multiple attorneys and deal teams
simultaneously Maintaining organization and judgment across
multiple active transactions
(often 5–10 at a time) Required Experience (Non-Negotiable)
5+ years
of commercial real estate paralegal experience in a law firm environment Demonstrated experience
drafting title and survey memoranda Equity-side transaction experience (buying, selling, developing property) Experience supporting
large, complex commercial transactions Ability to produce reliable work product with limited oversight Backgrounds That Typically Do Not Align
