What You’ll Do

Collaborate directly with Lead Designers and the Principal on schematic design and design development

Develop detailed preliminary plans, 3D models, and construction documents

Pick up redlines and coordinate drawing sets for Design Review and permit submittals

Review and coordinate work with internal team members and external consultants

Assist with zoning, code analysis, and regulatory requirements

Support timely submissions to Authorities Having Jurisdiction

Participate in site visits, field measurements, and construction coordination

Maintain and organize electronic project files and office detail libraries

Help translate design intent into buildable, high-quality residential architecture

Independently resolve minor production issues as they arise

Assist in guiding less experienced team members

Deliver a WOW, 5-star experience for every client

What We’re Looking For

2–3 years of professional experience in high-end residential design

Undergraduate or Master’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Drafting

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (construction documents required)

Working knowledge of Photoshop, SketchUp, and Lumion

Understanding of residential construction methods, detailing, and industry standards

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative studio environment

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Clear, professional communication skills (verbal and written)

Willingness to learn new tools, workflows, and systems

Strong work ethic, reliability, and professionalism

Passion for design with awareness of current residential and architectural trends

Adaptable mindset that supports team culture, growth, and continuous improvement

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $55,000–$65,000 annually (based on experience)

Job Type: Full-time, in-office (remote work on Fridays after waiting period)
