Overview The Property Manager will direct and manage all property operations and capital expenditure activities for a portfolio of residential and commercial properties in New York City. This role requires strong leadership, sound decision‑making, and adherence to ethical and professional standards. Success in this position is demonstrated by high performance across building staff, vendors, contractors, and low operational costs. A key focus is on developing internal talent, minimizing reliance on outside contractors, and ensuring full regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field
8+ years of property management experience
Proficient in Yardi Voyager 8, Yardi Pay, MRI, and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong financial skills including budgeting, variance analysis, and financial reporting
In-depth knowledge of NYC landlord‑tenant law and housing regulations
CPM certification or relevant real estate designations preferred
NY Real Estate License (required or ability to obtain)
