Assistant Property Manager | Atlanta, GA
The Assistant Property Manager supports day-to-day operations of a portfolio of commercial retail properties. This role is ideal for someone looking to build their career in property management, with opportunities for growth and development. You will assist the Property Manager with tenant relations, vendor coordination, financial reporting, lease administration, and general administrative support.

What You’ll Be Working On
Supporting the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of commercial retail properties
Assisting the Property Manager with tenant relations, including responding to requests and coordinating follow-ups
Coordinating with vendors on maintenance, repairs, and service contracts
Supporting lease administration, including abstracting leases and tracking key dates and obligations
Assisting with monthly reporting, budgeting support, and basic financial trackingPartnering with internal teams such as leasing, accounting, and development to support property objectives
Maintaining organized property files, records, and documentation
Providing general administrative support to ensure smooth property operations
What You’ll Bring
Associate degree in Business or a related field preferred
1–5 years of experience in retail or commercial property management (preferred)
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with tenants, vendors, and internal stakeholders
Ability to support multiple properties and manage competing priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Working knowledge of Yardi is a plus
Basic understanding of lease language and vendor contracts (or willingness to learn)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Customer-service mindset with the ability to problem-solve and build relationships
Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the property management team and leadership
