As we continue to grow, we’re looking to add an
Executive Recruiter / Recruiting Analyst
to our team. This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, highly organized, and interested in building a long-term career in executive search within financial services.
You will work closely with senior recruiters and partners to support high-impact searches across Asset Management, Private Equity, Hedge Funds, Investment Banking, and related functions.
What You’ll Be Doing
Source and identify top-tier talent across financial services using LinkedIn Recruiter, databases, and referrals
Conduct market mapping, competitive intelligence, and talent research
Engage with candidates through outreach, screening conversations, and relationship building
Support active searches by managing pipelines, interview coordination, and candidate tracking
Prepare candidate summaries, outreach messaging, and internal research materials
Partner closely with senior recruiters to deliver a best-in-class candidate and client experience
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of experience in recruiting, executive search, research, or a highly analytical/client-facing role
Strong interest in financial services and talent markets
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Confident communicator with the ability to build rapport quickly
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Proficient in LinkedIn, Excel, and CRM/ATS tools (Bullhorn a plus)
