About the Role A leading global financial services firm is seeking a Benefits Specialist to support the administration of employee benefits across a highly dynamic, fast‑paced organization. This role will partner closely with an experienced Benefits team and play a key role in delivering a seamless, high‑touch benefits experience for employees across multiple locations and countries.
This position is ideal for someone who is highly detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently while managing a broad range of benefits processes.
Key Responsibilities
Support administration of a wide range of employee benefits, including medical, dental, vision, retirement, life and disability insurance, wellbeing programs, and fitness reimbursements
Assist with benefits administration for employees across multiple global locations
Serve as a first point of contact for Tier 1–2 employee benefits inquiries, providing clear, accurate, and timely guidance
Administer leave of absence (LOA) cases and support employees through life events and transitions
Support benefits processes related to international assignments and transfers
Assist with employee terminations and ensure smooth benefits transitions
Partner closely with benefits vendors and carriers, managing weekly communications and issue resolution
Support benefits onboarding for new hires, ensuring employees understand and can effectively access their benefits
Uphold compliance, confidentiality, and professional standards across all benefits processes
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in employee benefits administration
Hands‑on experience with leave of absence administration strongly preferred
Prior experience working in a professional, fast‑paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail with strong follow‑through
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal direction
Self‑motivated, proactive, and comfortable problem‑solving autonomously
