
Personal Injury Intake Specialist,

Shaheen & Gordon, P.A. is looking for an energetic and detail oriented full-time Intake Specialist to join our group of professionals who will be responsible for supporting the personal injury department in our Concord, NH office. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years’ customer service or office setting experience. To be successful in this role the candidate must demonstrate the ability to work as a member of a team, in addition to working independently.
Duties Include, But Not Limited To
Responding to high volumes of personal injury calls from potential new clients
Conducting phone and occasional in-person interviews with potential new clients to understand their story, and document accurately the details of the potential matter
Collaboratively working with the Intake Specialist team to connect with potential new clients from all practice areas
Accurately recording information received from potential new clients in the database
Assisting potential new clients with submission and/or gathering documentation
Sort and file documents, records, and other materials according to established filing system
Closed filing
Assuring client confidentiality
Assisting other legal assistants/paralegals as assigned
Required Qualifications
Manage large volume of incoming calls/emails with efficiency and prioritizing the needs of the practice area
Must be able to respond to incoming calls/emails in an expedited manner on a daily basis
Minimum of 1 – 3 years’ customer service phone experience in an office environment
Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Adobe, scanning and maintaining electronic files is a plus
Attention to detail and proofreading skills
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Must have excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with previous telephone customer service experience
