ABOUT OUR CLIENT

Our client is a global entertainment organization with a complex, multi-entity finance environment. They are seeking a senior-level FP&A consultant to support enterprise planning, executive reporting, and strategic decision-making during a high-visibility period of transformation. This consulting engagement offers direct exposure to senior finance leadership and requires a hands-on FP&A leader who can immediately own enterprise deliverables while enhancing processes, systems, and executive insights. RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead enterprise-level financial planning, forecasting, and reporting activities in support of senior finance and executive stakeholders. Consolidate and synthesize financial input from multiple teams into clear, executive-ready deliverables. Review and validate financial analyses to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment across planning outputs. Prepare recurring and ad hoc financial summaries to support leadership decision-making. Support executive reviews, planning discussions, and strategic presentations with clear financial insights. Incorporate corporate-level assumptions and adjustments into consolidated financial views. Ensure high standards of quality control, data integrity, and governance across all deliverables. Contribute to the ongoing improvement of financial processes, reporting frameworks, and analytical tools. Partner cross-functionally with finance and operational stakeholders to support planning and analysis needs. Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to team members as needed throughout the engagement. REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree or certification preferred. Significant experience across financial planning, analysis, and consolidated reporting across corporate functions. Demonstrated ability to lead complex financial analyses and planning deliverables in dynamic environments. Experience working with senior leadership and presenting financial information clearly and concisely. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data quality. Advanced Excel and presentation skills. Comfort operating in fast-paced, evolving environments with shifting priorities. Proven ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously. Consulting, interim, or project-based experience strongly preferred.
