ExecuSource is seeking an Intake Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for potential clients at a busy personal injury law firm. This role is responsible for handling inbound calls, screening cases for viability, collecting accurate case information, and ensuring qualified matters are properly documented and routed to the legal team. The ideal candidate is empathetic, detail-oriented, and experienced in high-volume client intake environments.

Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls and engage potential clients in a professional and compassionate manner

Screen cases based on firm intake criteria and identify statute-of-limitations or urgency issues

Gather and accurately document case details including dates, injuries, insurance, and liability

Enter complete and accurate intake notes into the firm’s CRM or case management system

Explain the intake process clearly without providing legal advice

Escalate qualified or urgent matters to attorneys or supervisors as needed

Maintain confidentiality and adhere to firm intake protocols

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in legal intake, personal injury law, call center/client services, medical intake, insurance claims, or sales

Prior personal injury law firm experience strongly preferred

Experience with CRM or case management systems (Clio, Litify, Filevine, SmartAdvocate, or similar)

Strong communication, active listening, and data entry skills

Ability to manage high call volume while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
