
What To Expect
The Real Estate Coordinator at Tesla will support the Real Estate Operations team in North America. Responsibilities include ensuring accurate oversight of Vendor onboarding, Executive lease execution processing and management of utility setup/onboarding needs. Other related tasks include updating project tracking tools, managing relationships with third-party providers, and participating in special projects as needed. The ideal candidate possesses strong administrative and communication skills, coordinating Real estate transactions, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
Assist RE Team with all essential administrative related tasks pertinent to overall business including lease execution, vendor onboarding, and utility onboarding, among others
Actively onboard new suppliers to internal management systems and requests processes accordingly
Take an active role in ensuring existing site location data is accurate and up to date
Assist RE team and Executive signatories with lease contract processing and other related new project needs
Ensure Utility accounts are onboard and updated across all related site locations assigned
