Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, Mathematics, or related field.
5 years of experience in pricing strategy, financial modeling, or revenue management within retail, consumer industries, QSR, or multi‑unit operations.
Advanced analytical and organizational skills, including experience with statistical modeling and demand forecasting.
Strong communication skills and experience presenting recommendations to senior executives and stakeholders.
Proven ability to design pricing frameworks that balance margin and volume.
Demonstrated ability to partner across departments and with external parties.
Experience building dynamic pricing models and dashboards.
Preferred Background & Skills
MBA or master’s degree in Data Science, Strategy, or related field preferred.
Financial analysis background and ability to connect insights directly to business outcomes.
Exposure to regulatory or franchise pricing compliance.
Experience in B2C consumer industries.
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
Develop and implement pricing strategies for food, retail, and amenities to drive revenue and margin.
Analyze competitor pricing, market trends, and conduct pricing elasticity and sensitivity studies.
Collaborate cross‑functionally to align pricing with promotions, customer segments, and business goals.
Build and maintain pricing models and dashboards for data‑backed decision‑making.
Lead pricing initiatives for new products, seasonal launches, and regional pilots.
Ensure timely and accurate execution of pricing updates, compliance, and regulatory submissions.
Provide actionable recommendations and present analysis to senior leadership and business stakeholders.
