The Leasing Agent will handle daily tasks such as promoting available rental properties, organizing property tours, and assisting prospective tenants through the leasing process. Qualifications
Experience with Leases and Lease Administration
Knowledge and skills in Property Management and Residential Leasing
Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on tenant satisfaction
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
Experience in real estate or property management is a plus
Bilingual. Spanish and English preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in real estate or leasing are advantageous.
