D365 F&O Functional Consultant

Jackson James is working exclusively with a business that is looking to add a D365 Finance & Operations functional specialist to its internal team. With D365 F&O already live, the focus of this role is on ongoing support, continuous improvement, and optimisation of the Dynamics 365 platform. You will act as a key liaison between the system and the business, partnering with stakeholders to refine processes, drive enhancements, and manage system configuration and change activity to ensure long-term value from the solution. Requirements: Demonstrated ability to convert finance-led business needs into effective D365 F&O functional solutions Broad functional knowledge across Finance and Supply Chain modules, including General Ledger, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Inventory Management, AWMS, and Order-to-Cash Comfortable working autonomously with end-to-end ownership of the D365 F&O application Hybrid working (from Raleigh or Greensboro)
