Responsibilities
Meet new people, develop new contacts, and become known in your community.
Serve your community and help clients with Shelter Insurance products.
Grow your sales, business, and networking skills.
Operate with an entrepreneurial mindset to build and manage your agency.
Develop prospects, sell Shelter products, and, as appropriate, bring on staff to assist with administrative duties and sales.
What is Required / Qualifications
A motivated attitude and an entrepreneurial spirit.
Skilled capacity for effectively communicating with clients in a sales atmosphere.
Sales experience and a degree with general business courses are helpful but not required.
No initial capital/assets are required to be considered for an agency.
Willingness to participate in in-house and virtual training, and continuing industry education courses.
