Overview
You are a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador who brings the brand to life every day. The goal is to provide everyone who visits the store with an amazing shopping experience and help build brand loyalty with every guest. You represent our company values and bring your authentic self to work. Responsibilities
Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model with a customer-first mindset to help them find exactly what they are looking for. Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make product suggestions that fit their needs. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests. Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed. Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy. Collaborate with your team and support coworkers to get the job done. Uphold integrity by adhering to AEO policies and procedures. Youd Be Great For This Role If
You love interacting with people. You are energetic and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. You are available to work when guests shop (evenings, weekends and holidays).
