Part‑time Brand Ambassador at American Eagle. Your goal is to provide an amazing shopping experience, represent company values, and bring your real self to work every day.
YOUR ROLE As a Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day. You are the face of our company and you are proud of it.
Your Responsibilities
Use the AEO Selling Model to engage every guest with a friends‑first mindset.
Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest fit products.
Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels.
Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
Assist your team to get the job done.
Adhere to AEO policies & procedures.

You are full of energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
You are available to work when guests shop (evenings, weekends & holidays).
You love AE and Aerie products.
You have retail experience.
You are at least 16 years of age.
