We are seeking a high-performing

Market Development Executive (MDE)

to lead our expansion into the

US market , starting with

New York

as our strategic hub. This role focuses on driving new business opportunities for

consulting and professional staffing services

within banking, fintech and financial services clients.

You will own the

end-to-end sales process , from defining the US market entry strategy to closing high-value deals, carrying a revenue target measured by both

quality and total contract value .

client success , ensuring a superior experience throughout the full engagement lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute

go-to-market strategies

for the US banking and fintech sectors, with a strong focus on New York.

Drive

new logo acquisition

and expand strategic relationships within existing enterprise accounts.

Lead

consultative sales

of Kynaxis consulting and staffing services, positioning our brand promise:

“Get The Future You Want.”

Engage with

C-level executives and senior leaders

to understand business challenges and propose value-driven, data-led solutions.

Organise

client strategy workshops

and lead complex, multi-stakeholder opportunity pursuits.

Ensure

delivery excellence and client satisfaction

in close collaboration with internal and nearshore/offshore teams.

Requirements

Proven experience in

consultative sales and business development

within banking, fintech or financial services.

Strong

network of contacts in the US financial services ecosystem , ideally in New York.

Ability to shape

strategic enterprise deals

and design transformational solutions.

Experience working with

hyperscalers, data, analytics or technology partners

is a strong plus.

Excellent

communication, negotiation and influencing skills , with confidence engaging senior stakeholders.

fluent Spanish is a plus.
