PROFESSIONAL SALES MANAGER JOIN THE EATON FAMILY
Petroleum equipment, AST & UST tanks, regulatory knowledge required
Demonstrate expertise in successful negotiations and persuasion of key decision-makers
Proven ability to achieve sales goals
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Work directly with the customer to communicate and drive Eaton's strategy, pricing, product offering, etc.
Demonstrate the ability to carry on a business conversation with business owners, executives and decision makers at all levels
Responsible for ongoing training and coaching of sales staff
Compile weekly sales reports
Coordinate/manage all vendor trainings and Denver site visits in conjunction with D.M.
Track sales staff annual sales goals
Establish a new hire training program agenda in conjunction with D.M.
Create, compile, and build quotes for prospective sales/jobs
Proficiency with MS office suite required
Multitasker, detail oriented, and organizational skill set required
Responsible for sourcing and developing client relationships and referrals
Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics and code of conduct
Maintain contact with all current and potential customers in the marketing area ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity
Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values
