We are seeking a proactive and organized
Social Media Marketing Coordinator
to support and execute our social media and digital marketing initiatives. This in-person role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing social media accounts, supporting paid ad campaigns, and keeping marketing efforts organized and running smoothly.
This position is hands‑on and execution‑focused, working closely with the marketing team to ensure content, ads, and campaigns are delivered consistently and on time.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, schedule, and manage
organic social media content
across multiple platforms
Support the creation, launch, and optimization of
paid social media advertising campaigns
Monitor social media performance and assist with
reporting and insights
Manage day‑to‑day social media activity, including posting, engagement, and inbox monitoring
Coordinate marketing projects, timelines, and assets to ensure deadlines are met
Assist with light content creation and asset updates as needed (templates, resizing, basic edits)
Collaborate with internal teams to support broader marketing and growth goals
Qualifications
Experience managing or supporting
social media accounts for a business
Experience with
social media advertising
(Meta, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
Strong
organizational and project coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate with a team
Attention to detail and consistency in execution
Nice to Have
Familiarity with social media analytics and performance tracking
Basic experience with design tools (Canva or similar) for simple social assets
Understanding of brand voice and content consistency
