
Key Responsibilities
Sales Execution & Revenue Support: Execute approved sales strategies to meet revenue, margin, and growth targets; manage sales pipeline activities with timely follow-up and conversion; prepare and present customer proposals, quotations, and product presentations; support customer negotiations and pricing activities in coordination with the CCO; submit accurate monthly and quarterly sales performance reports to the CCO.
Marketing Execution & Market Analysis: Implement marketing action plans aligned with corporate sales and growth objectives; conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities; support product positioning, promotional activities, and advertising initiatives; monitor and evaluate marketing activity effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement; maintain awareness of industry trends and competitive developments.
Customer & Account Management: Manage assigned customer accounts and support acquisition and retention efforts; communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions to prospective and existing customers; address inquiries, service issues, and complaints in coordination with internal teams; support senior leadership in managing strategic customer relationships as required.
Team Leadership & Supervision: Lead, organize, and supervise sales and marketing staff to ensure effective execution of responsibilities; communicate job expectations and monitor performance; support recruitment, onboarding, training, and coaching in collaboration with HR; promote teamwork, accountability, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Sales Operations, Systems & Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports using approved CRM and reporting systems; track key performance metrics related to sales and marketing activity; ensure adherence to established processes, pricing guidelines, and approval workflows; support budget tracking and expense management.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with purchasing, logistics, service, support, and technical teams to ensure efficient order processing and customer satisfaction; provide product demand forecasts and market feedback to purchasing and management; participate in cross-functional initiatives to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
Safety, Quality & Compliance: Promote and comply with workplace health and safety standards; ensure adherence to ISO requirements, quality systems, and audit processes; complete all required training, documentation, and certifications in a timely manner.
Your Profile
Qualification and Skills: Proven experience in sales or sales management with consistent achievement of targets; experience in Agricultural and Livestock Sales is beneficial; strong communication, presentation, and customer relationship skills; effective organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities; ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable plans; ability to perform in a structured, deadline-driven environment; commitment to continuous professional development.
