Marketing Coordinator Your Mission The Marketing Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing initiatives that promote the company’s products, brand, and market presence. This role assists with marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, conducts market and competitor research, creates and coordinates content, supports events and trade shows, and tracks campaign performance against established objectives.

The Marketing Coordinator acts as a key liaison between internal teams, external service providers, and international marketing counterparts to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective communication across all marketing channels. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to translate technical and agricultural concepts into clear, engaging marketing communications.

Roles & Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Campaign Support

Assist in the development and implementation of corporate communication and marketing strategies.

Coordinate and execute marketing activities across offline and online channels.

Support campaign planning, execution, and post-campaign analysis, including performance tracking and reporting.

Conduct market and competitor research to support marketing planning and positioning.

Content Creation & Communications

Develop and coordinate marketing content in collaboration with sales, technical, and service teams.

Create and edit written content for email campaigns, reports, social media, and marketing materials.

Manage and maintain the company’s social media platforms, including content planning and posting.

Document company participation in industry events and meetings for use across marketing channels.

Events, Trade Shows & Brand Support

Assist in planning, organizing, and executing trade shows, industry meetings, and promotional events.

Coordinate marketing materials, displays, and logistics related to events.

Communicate with and manage external service providers, agencies, and vendors as required for brand and marketing support.

Brand Management & International Coordination

Ensure brand consistency by working closely with the international marketing team.

Coordinate marketing materials, website needs, and feedback with the marketing team in Germany.

Support the alignment of regional marketing activities with global brand standards and messaging.

Digital Platforms & Internal Communications

Maintain and update the Minitube USA intranet webpage to ensure timely and accurate information for U.S. and global colleagues.

Support website updates and content coordination with international teams.

Assist with email campaigns, customer surveys, and digital communications.

Budget, Reporting & Compliance

Assist with managing and tracking the marketing budget in alignment with approved plans.

Track marketing activities and prepare reports on campaign performance and outcomes.

Fully support ISO requirements, objectives, and documentation related to marketing activities.

Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and workplace safety requirements.

Your Profile Qualification And Skills

Associate degree (minimum two-year degree) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Minimum of two years of professional experience in a marketing or communications role.

Background in agriculture or agricultural marketing preferred.

Ability to quickly understand and communicate technical and medical topics relevant to modern agriculture.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.

Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills.

Ability to write clear, engaging, and easy-to-understand reports.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Experience with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

Experience with product photography and basic video creation.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Performance Objectives

Execute email marketing campaigns and customer surveys in support of commercial objectives.

Coordinate marketing materials and initiatives with international marketing teams.

Support website updates and content coordination with global counterparts.

Manage and track the marketing budget to support annual sales and marketing goals.

Document and promote company participation in industry events through social media and marketing channels.

Physical Requirements

Regularly required to talk, hear, sit, stand, walk, and operate standard office equipment.

Ability to reach with hands and arms and lift files or materials.

Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.

Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50–60 pounds unassisted.

Valid driver’s license without significant restrictions.

Ability to travel using various modes of transportation, including car, airplane, train, and bus, with occasional international travel.

Travel: Occasional travel to trade fairs, industry meetings, or events as required. Expense reimbursement and company‑provided vehicle available as necessary for approved travel.
