Marketing Manager

to join their growing team.

Position Overview The Marketing Manager will own the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies for the company's flavor, application, and essential oil portfolios. This role is ideal for a proactive, results-driven marketer who excels in a fast-paced B2B environment and can seamlessly translate technical product knowledge into compelling, customer-focused messaging. Partnering closely with Sales, R&D, and senior leadership, this position plays a key role in driving commercial growth, strengthening brand presence, and supporting customer engagement across global markets.

Responsibilities

Conduct ongoing market and competitive research to identify consumer trends, category insights, and emerging opportunities across food and beverage applications.

Develop and execute regional and application-specific marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.

Collaborate with R&D to build application portfolios, product demonstrations, sales tools, and promotional materials.

Translate scientific and technical data into clear, benefit-driven customer messaging and storytelling.

Partner with Sales to support customer presentations, proposals, and tailored marketing communications.

Create, manage, and optimize content across digital channels including the company website, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and digital advertising.

Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, sales data, and customer insights to inform future strategies and continuous improvement.

Ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment across all marketing, digital, and social media channels.

Own the industry event and trade show calendar in partnership with Sales and senior leadership.

Lead trade show strategy and execution, including booth materials, presentations, pre- and post-event campaigns, and follow-up initiatives.

Manage trade show logistics such as registrations, shipping of displays and samples, and coordination with vendors.

Serve as the on-site point of contact for marketing-related trade show and event activities as needed.

Required Experience/Skills

5 - 7 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably within food & beverage, ingredients, or flavor applications.

Proven ability to understand and communicate complex technical product information to non-technical audiences.

Strong project management skills with experience working cross-functionally across Sales, R&D, and leadership teams.

Hands‑on experience with digital marketing platforms and analytics tools.

Excellent writing, storytelling, and content development capabilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce or CRM systems is a plus.

Preferred Experience/Skills

Solid understanding of the beverage industry and/or functional ingredients landscape.

Experience supporting global or regional marketing initiatives.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree required.
