Job Description The institutional client group (ICG) merchant revenue strategy team is looking to add a sales operational specialist to the team. The main responsibility will be to optimize the effectiveness of the sales teams’ processes and develop sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable improvements to meet business growth, quality and scalability goals. In addition, this role will be responsible for:
Client account reporting needs
Internal team reporting and presentation management
Data accuracy in CRM system
Managing impacts from team expansion or reduction
Organizing standing internal sales meetings
Tracking sales projects or requests
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
Four to six years of related experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
Conceptual knowledge of sales processes
Detail and task oriented
Effective influence, change management, and coaching skills
Strong skills in procedure creation and controls
Effective verbal and written presentation and communication skills
