RESPONSIBILITIES
Prospect, quote, and sell property and casualty insurance policies (e.g., auto, homeowners, renters, commercial property, general liability).
Prospect, quote, and sell life and health insurance policies.
Follow up on leads and referrals.
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Meet with existing customers to deepen relationships and cross-sell to relevant products that fit their needs.
QUALIFICATIONS
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Total OTE: $80,000-$90,000 (50/50 base/variable) if targets are met
