Role Overview As an Account Manager, your primary focus is sales and growth. You will actively prospect, quote, present, and close insurance solutions while maintaining strong relationships that support retention and referrals. This is a performance-based role where results matter and success is rewarded.
What You’ll Do
Drive new business through outbound calls, lead follow-up, and consistent sales activity
Quote, present, and close insurance policies using a needs-based sales approach
Conduct policy reviews to identify coverage gaps and upsell opportunities
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive retention and referrals
Resolve complex customer issues while keeping a growth-focused mindset
Track pipeline activity and performance metrics to meet and exceed goals
Collaborate with agency team members to support overall production targets
What We’re Looking For
Sales-dominant mindset with a proven ability to hit or exceed goals
Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred
Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
Confidence leading sales conversations and asking for the business
Organized, motivated, and accountable work style
Full licensing required: Property & Casualty and Life & Health
