Unlicensed candidates will be considered with the expectation of obtaining licenses quickly with full agency support. What You’ll Do
Prospect daily through outbound calls, follow-ups, and lead conversion Quote, present, and close insurance policies across multiple product lines Turn warm and cold leads into paying clients Build and maintain a strong personal sales pipeline Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to maximize revenue per account Ask for the sale—confidently and consistently Track activity and results to hit and exceed aggressive production goals Who Thrives in This Role
