Overview The Morris Agency – State Farm Insurance is looking for a high-energy, hunter-minded sales professional who thrives on prospecting, closing deals, and winning. This role is built for someone who wants to control their income through performance and isn’t afraid of outbound activity, follow-up, and competitive goals. This is a pure production role. It is a fully licensed position requiring Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses. Unlicensed candidates will be considered with the expectation of obtaining licenses quickly with full agency support.

This is a

role focused on generating new business and closing it .

What You’ll Do

Prospect daily through outbound calls, follow-ups, and lead conversion

Quote, present, and close insurance policies across multiple product lines

Turn warm and cold leads into paying clients

Build and maintain a strong personal sales pipeline

Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to maximize revenue per account

Ask for the sale—confidently and consistently

Track activity and results to hit and exceed aggressive production goals

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
