Sales Assistant

Addison Group is partnering with one of our valued clients to hire a Sales Assistant. This role offers the chance to work in a small, collaborative team with opportunities for long-term growth. The Sales Assistant will be responsible for supporting order entry, customer communication, and administrative functions within a combined sales and service department. Key Responsibilities: Manage a shared inbox and respond to incoming orders or requests Enter and verify customer orders in the system Communicate with clients by phone and email to confirm details or resolve issues Keep accurate documentation of all transactions and updates Contribute to team projects and provide general support as needed Qualifications: Previous administrative, customer service, or office experience preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Professional communication skills (email and phone) Dependable and punctual

must be able to start no later than 7:30 AM Ability to work independently and with a small team Additional Details: Schedule: MondayFriday, 7:30 AM
