Our platform enables live and on-demand video distribution at scale — across any device, anywhere. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate and qualify leads that will support the success of our B2B sales team. Role Overview As a Business Development Representative, you will play a critical role in filling the top of the sales funnel by identifying, researching, and engaging potential customers in the sports, media and entertainment sectors. You will be responsible for initiating conversations with prospects, qualifying leads, and booking discovery meetings for senior sales executives. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about digital media, curious about technology, and looking to break into B2B sales within a fast-paced, high-growth industry. Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound prospecting (via email, LinkedIn, and other forms of outreach) to generate new qualified sales opportunities. Research and identify target companies and key decision-makers across the media, broadcast, and OTT ecosystem. Craft personalized outreach messages that speak to industry pain points and our value proposition. Qualify inbound leads and route them appropriately to account executives based on predefined criteria. Maintain accurate lead records and activity updates in the CRM system (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot). Collaborate with marketing to align on campaigns, lead nurturing, and content-driven outreach strategies. Stay informed about OTT industry trends, media technology, and competitor offerings to speak confidently with prospects. Help improve outbound processes and messaging based on results and feedback from the market. Requirements
1–2 years of experience in a sales, lead generation, or customer-facing role (preferably in SaaS, tech, or media), or equivalent experience in a related field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional European languages are a plus. Highly motivated self-starter with a growth mindset and strong organizational skills. Confidence in engaging with senior decision-makers at media and entertainment companies. Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and basic sales automation tools. Interest in OTT video, digital content, or SaaS solutions for the media industry. Nice to Have
Prior experience working in or selling to sports, media, broadcast, or entertainment companies. Basic understanding of streaming technologies, video monetization models, and media workflows. A university degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
