Product Designer
to shape the evolution of our product.
Purpose of the Role We’re looking for a
Product Designer
to join our growing design team (currently 2 designers) and play a key role in shaping the future of our product experience.
In this role, you’ll take full ownership of the end-to-end design process, from early discovery to polished delivery, working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other Designers.
You’ll be part of a
discovery-driven and data-driven culture , where design decisions are guided by both
qualitative research
(user interviews, testing, surveys) and
quantitative insights
(through analytics tools).
You’ll collaborate closely with Product to identify opportunities, define hypotheses, and turn data and insights into meaningful design solutions that delight users and drive business impact.
What You’ll Own
Lead
user discovery and research
activities, from interviews and usability testing to data analysis and synthesis.
Use
quantitative tools
to uncover behavioral patterns, pain points, and opportunities.
Translate insights into
clear design concepts, prototypes, and end-to-end experiences
across mobile and web platforms.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to ensure design feasibility, alignment, and measurable outcomes.
Contribute to and evolve our
design system , ensuring visual and functional consistency.
Champion
user-centered and data-informed design practices , helping elevate design culture across the organization.
Ideal Profile You’re a
strategic and curious designer , equally comfortable leading user research, analyzing data, and crafting elegant interfaces. You bring clarity to complexity and energy to collaboration.
You have:
3–6 years of experience as a
Product Designer or UX Designer
in digital product teams.
Solid experience conducting
qualitative research
(interviews, usability tests, discovery workshops).
A
data-informed mindset , with ability to interpret
quantitative insights (Amplitude or similar)
and translate them into actionable design opportunities.
Proven experience designing
end-to-end product experiences,
from discovery to delivery.
A strong
portfolio
showcasing your process, problem-solving skills, and design impact.
Proficiency in
Figma
and familiarity with tools like
Miro, Notion, and analytics dashboards .
Familiarity with
design systems
and
component-based design .
Knowledge of
interaction design, accessibility, usability , and
information architecture
principles.
Fluency in
English and Italian .
Nice to have
Experience in
AI-driven or conversational product design .
Experience in
startup or agile environments .
