Overview The Manager, Email Marketing and E-Commerce will be responsible for scaling and optimizing the Americas Christian Dior Couture Newsletter programs including eNewsletters, email capture, and automations. This person will report to the Director, Performance Marketing, helping define the local Newsletter strategy and acting as project manager, owning the relationship between local, HQ, and agency teams.

Responsibilities

Project Management

Managing deadlines to ensure on-time deployment

Keeping the shared planning calendar up to date

Routing all through necessary teams for approval

Cross-functional Collaboration

Working closely with the local eMerch team to address business needs and strategically

Advocating local needs to our HQ counterparts

Working towards a cohesive customer journey across eNewsletters and Omnichannel automations

Driving Results

Tracking and reporting on key metrics (with support of agency team) to measure the effectiveness of email campaigns

Identifying gaps in segmentation strategy to maximize touchpoints and performance

Consistent sharing and implementation of best practices

Communicating learnings to key stakeholders, proposing optimizations, new opportunities, and A/B testing

Profile

Minimum 5 years of professional experience within an eCommerce and/or loyalty CRM Marketing roles

Excellent communication and project management skills

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Self-starter comfortable with taking initiative

Writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail

Strong analytical reasoning skills to demonstrate performance and track results, familiarity with A/B testing and other optimization techniques

Knowledge and understanding of platforms such as Google Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.

Thorough knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Additional information The selected candidate will be offered a salary within the range of $110k – $120k annually, plus bonus eligibility. The salary offered will be dependent upon the candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
