Job Description We are seeking an Off‑Premise Beer Sales Representative for our Dallas and Fort Worth, TX territory. The role ensures the success of sales, volume, rate of sale growth, and brand presence for our premium brand within a dedicated territory. A high emphasis is placed on increasing the availability and visibility of products through distribution, display execution and cooler resets. The representative will build strong relationships with distributor personnel to ensure market goals are met.
Key Responsibilities
Regular travel within a 200‑mile radius to call on multiple distributor territories
Extended travel (up to 50 % of time) to additional markets to support distributor crew drives
Take a data‑driven approach to identify new opportunities for distribution and upsell, secure multiple SKU distribution, cooler visibility and displays
Establish and maintain a regular weekly schedule of account appointments, including sales calls and distributor work‑withs
Develop creative solutions to meet account‑specific needs identified during sales calls
Work closely with local distributor managers and personnel to collaborate on goals, objectives and ensure proper product inventory
Maintain store shelf standards and inventory, including rotation of products, checking date codes, processing restocks and reorders according to the planogram standards; execute point‑of‑sale (POS) programs to standard
Bring awareness to and promote our premium brands through special events, sampling and education
Maintain open communication with field and headquarters
Manage budget and maintain records for monthly reconciliation
Ensure compliance with all alcoholic beverage regulations
Physical Demands
Bending, squatting, crouching and reaching, climbing, kneeling and stooping, including arranging and displaying point‑of‑sale
Frequent lifting and moving cases of product and other objects of 50 pounds or more
Qualifications
Associate’s degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred
Must be 21 years or older
1–3 years of demonstrated sales experience, preferably of beers, wines and spirits
Previous retail or off‑premise work experience is a plus
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Must live in assigned territory with reliable transportation – large vehicle preferred
Valid driver’s license, registered and insured vehicle with clean driving record/background check
Ability to lift and move cases of product frequentlyAbility to climb, kneel and stoop to arrange and display point‑of‑sale
Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed
Bilingual (English and Spanish) a plus
Manage administrative tasks with attention to meeting agency compliance guidelines and standards
Additional Information Base compensation range: $45,000.00–$55,000.00 annually. Pay depends on factors such as prior employment, job‑related skills, length of service, brand program and geographic location. This position is bonus eligible, with bonus potential subject to applicable bonus plan terms and conditions.
