About the Role We are seeking an Account Executive with experience in fashion or apparel manufacturing to support our growing list of house accounts and provide exceptional in-person customer service at our Austin location. This role is perfect for someone early in their career who is detail-oriented, organized, and excited to learn the custom merchandise industry, including screen printing, embroidery, dye processes, and fulfillment workflows.
This will primarily be an in-person role starting 4/1/2026 with some remote days available.
Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for smaller house accounts and walk-in customers.
Assist customers with questions, quotes, order intake, and product recommendations.
Support account managers with project setup, order approvals, timelines, and vendor communication.
Manage incoming phone calls, email inquiries, and appointment scheduling.
Maintain showroom appearance and support onsite sample pulls and customer consultations.
Input customer orders into CRM and ensure data accuracy.
Work cross-functionally with production, design, and leadership teams to keep orders on track.
Provide an outstanding customer experience through responsiveness, clarity, and professionalism.
Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in account management, sales, customer success, or a client-facing role for a fashion, manufacturing, or custom products company.
Proven ability to manage multiple accounts or customer relationships simultaneously. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a confident, professional presence. Experience handling quotes, order details, timelines, and follow-ups with accuracy.
Comfortable working cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver on client expectations. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize in a fast-moving environment.
Familiarity with CRM systems and basic sales or order management workflows.
Interest or
experience in
custom apparel, design, manufacturing, or brand merchandising is a strong plus.
Compensation
Hourly or salary based on experience.
Base of $72,000 with performance bonuses.
Opportunity to grow into a Sr Account Executive role.
