We’re looking for a
Commercial Operations / Sales Operations Coordinator
to support our Commercial team and ensure smooth execution between customers, sales, and operations across the US and LATAM.
What you’ll do
Enter and manage customer orders in the ERP system with accuracy and attention to detail.
Coordinate with Production, Planning, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality teams in Houston and Lima.
Maintain customer and material master data, pricing, and documentation.
Monitor order status and support issue resolution related to production, logistics, or documentation.
Support customers with order-related inquiries and ensure reliable service execution.
Prepare reports and commercial data to support sales and operations decisions.
What we’re looking for
1–3 years of experience in sales operations, commercial support, customer service, or supply chain (industrial / B2B preferred).
Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or similar).
Strong Excel and organizational skills.
English fluent (required)

Spanish advanced (preferred) .
Cross-functional role with real business impact.
