Audacy is a multi‑platform audio content company that operates the largest radio and podcast networks in the United States. This position, based in Cleveland, focuses on driving sales for audio, podcasting, streaming, OTT video and digital performance media products.

Responsibilities

Effectively prospect new clients, working with internal support to create and pitch strategic ideas that communicate our value to clients and drive new business.

Grow existing accounts and manage all business aspects of the relationship.

Continuously learn new products as the industry evolves, and proactively create new opportunities for communicating our value proposition.

Work across podcasting, streaming audio, over‑the‑air, OTT video, and digital performance media (SEO/SEM, social).

Maintain our CRM tool and use other platforms to perform daily business tasks.

Clearly communicate and manage expectations internally and externally while multi‑tasking and handling multiple accounts simultaneously.

Build deep business relationships by consistently delivering great service and results to clients.

Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Qualifications

Education or experience in sales or communications (digital sales, strategic client planning, marketing, radio, TV, print, digital, sports or sponsorship).

High school graduate required.

Driven to develop new business and manage sales.

Desire to learn the advertising ecosystem, including digital, audio and attribution metrics.

Strong problem‑solving skills, positive attitude and a winning mindset.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM tools and data visualization platforms.

Valid driver’s license and satisfactory motor‑vehicle record check; proof of insurance if vehicles are used for the role.

High school graduate required. Prior experience in sales/marketing or equivalent education; preferred backgrounds include marketing, communications, radio, TV, print, digital, sports or sponsorship.
